FOOD RECOVERY PROGRAMME
The Club is now participating in a food redistribution programme where we give away surplus food to the underprivileged in the city, as we partner with the Food Angel's Food Recovery Programme (www.foodangel.org.hk).
GLUTEN FREE!
The Coffee Shop, Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant are all offering a Gluten sensitive menu (upon request) if needed.
The Club also has on offer, a Gluten Free Beer called Estrella Daura in all outlets.
Estrella Daura is brewed in Barcelona, and since it is Gluten-free, it is therefore coeliac/celiac- friendly.
Coeliacs cannot eat foods which contain any form of gluten, which is found in wheat, barley, rye and oats. Eating gluten causes the lining of the small intestine to become damaged thus reducing the coeliacs ability to absorb certain foods. Estrella Daura now means that coeliacs can now enjoy a fantastic gluten-free beer!
