In February, the Restaurant presents a menu with some of the most wonderful Mozzarella creations.

This unique and world-famous cheese is made from the milk of the domestic Italian water buffalo. It is a product traditionally produced in Campania in Southern Italy, especially in the provinces of Caserta and Salerno.

The Cheese is made in small batches and flown-in specially to Hong Kong. It offers a unique flavour, much different to mass produced Mozzarella!
