Hong Kong Football Club is introducing a “Tour de France” Sunday Buffet Dinner for members who wish to share the French fine food with their friends and families.

The buffet dinner menu starts with large varieties of appetizers in the buffet counter that includes Fresh shucked oysters, pates and terrines, and selection of French sliced cured meats. Followed by our French dishes like Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef stew braised in Burgundy wine), Duck Confit and Snapper en Papillote (Snapper fillet cooked in a paper pouch). Foie Gras will be prepared from our Open Kitchen and don’t forget the carving station featuring with French flavor.

Also an elaborate dessert buffet with a selection of Tarte Tartin, Choux a la crème (French style cream puff filled with rich custard) and Strawberry Mille-feuille.
